In Hong Kong, there is a central exercise to recruit PhD students globally; the scheme is called Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (http://www.polyu.edu.hk/ro/hkphd-fellowship/). The package of the PhD study is indeed very attractive. In addition to the monthly stipend of US$2,500 and travel allowance of US$1,300 per year for a maximum of three years, each awardee will also enjoy the waiving of the tuition fees for a maximum of three years.

Would you help to spread the message to any potential applicants (i.e., master students/graduates with interest and strong academic background) on your side? You can refer the interested applicants who are interested to pursue a PhD study in muscle biology and exercise physiology to contact me for details.

The application deadline will be December 1, 2014.
